Trade structure
In accordance with our DMCC licence, trading is conducted abroad: title to cargoes passes between international sellers and buyers, and goods move directly from the load port to the discharge port without physical entry into the UAE customs territory.
Commercial management, contract administration, documentary handling and payment instruction take place at our Dubai office, giving counterparties a single, accountable point of contact.
Each shipment is supported by charter party or liner booking, quality and quantity certificates issued by an independent inspector, and standard shipping documents (bill of lading, certificate of origin, insurance certificate).
