Counterparty due-diligence information provided in the course of onboarding, including corporate documents and details of authorised representatives and beneficial owners.

To respond to enquiries and to conduct pre-contractual and contractual communications.

To perform know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering and sanctions-screening checks required by applicable law.
